  1. I have a feeling that Step 1 is what trips a lot of people up and they never get past that point. It seems to me that so many people these days are not that self-aware. 

    They are just going to life on auto-pilot.

    Sure, they might be selfish and narcissistic and only think of themselves, but they really don’t have true self-awareness.

    Do you find that without this ability, a person just isn’t going to reach any level of transformation?

      Yes, I am sure that the delicate balance of mental health will be tipped if people don’t get in touch with their true selves through mindfulness. I’ve seen it again and again. Self-honesty and authenticity are key in internet business. Also, transformation is just game-playing if you can’t get this foundation of non-going/non-auto-pilot, as you put it. 

      Step 5: Practice Radical Self-Acceptance – this is the climax of the 5 steps.
